About

Rick and Susan Goings, Co-Founders, World Federation of Youth Clubs
Our Story
The World Federation of Youth Clubs (WFYC) was formally created in 2019 by co-founders Rick and Susan Goings.
Through their global travels and work with Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and Rick as Chairman & CEO of Tupperware Brands Corporation, they observed firsthand and experienced countless stories of the need of children and teens. Rick and Susan created international youth clubs in Mexico and South Africa, ultimately founding WFYC, to meet the growing demand from other countries wanting technical and relevant expertise.
We exist to support those who are doing the important work of caring for the well-being of our young people who may not have the resources at their disposal to champion their cause.
We put our resources and expertise behind those youth organizations to ensure greater success and impact across more communities in order to reach more young lives.
In 2019, World Federation of Youth Clubs branched off from the Boys & Girls Club of America (BGCA) to offer youth development services to organizations globally. BGCA, now a Collaborator for Good with WFYC, originally reached beyond their area of service and served as consultants and trainers for youth service organizations in other countries. As this need became increasingly more prominent—World Federation of Youth Clubs was officially formed. It is our mission to offer our expertise to youth organizations globally. WFYC, together with a host of partners, has taken on this task to provide personalized, intentional services that ensure youth feel supported and connected all around the world.
