Mike is an experienced senior NPO/NGO professional with over 20 years of experience working in the Non-Profit sector.

He has extensive global experience across all aspects of organizational development including; advocacy, campaigning, communications, finance, fundraising, human resources, operations, partnerships and program implementation. Mike is an accomplished team leader with demonstrable track record in setting up new operations, delivering results, and positively transforming existing programs and organizations. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer for Boys & Girls Clubs of South Africa, and is providing technical support and assistance to WYC affiliates in Africa as a member of the WYC team.
