Jessica Hubbard

Resource Development Coordinator

Jessica Solis Hubbard is the Resource Development Coordinator at the World Federation of Youth Clubs.  She is responsible for planning, creating, and executing fundraising activities that drive our mission forward.

With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, Jessica is a passionate and skilled leader who has contributed to the missions and visions of various organizations throughout Florida. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from the University of Central Florida and multiple certificates in Nonprofit Management from the Edyth Bush Institute for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership at Rollins College.

Jessica has supervised the planning and executing of fundraising, branding, and/or programmatic efforts for statewide organizations including Special Olympics Florida, The American Legion Department of Florida, and Make-A-Wish Central and Northern Florida.  She also has extensive experience leading various initiatives that enhanced the missions of organizations focused on the quality and joy of life for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Jessica has demonstrated excellence in fundraising, branding, grant writing, event management, program management, donor relations, strategic planning, and team building throughout her career.  Her unwavering commitment to serving the diverse needs and interests of the nonprofit sector underscores her passion and dedication.

Now, as part of the WFYC, Jessica is committed to empowering young people worldwide to realize their full potential.
