About WFYC’s Annual International Conference

WFYC invests in leadership development by providing ongoing learning opportunities for youth development staff and volunteers. A robust, multi-day, virtual conference takes place each year providing a unique global stage for a diverse community of youth development organizations, international collaborators, donors, and subject-matter experts to learn and connect.

Hundreds of WFYC Conference attendees from across the globe gather to learn the most current youth development practices and ideas from experts and colleagues. They leave informed, inspired, and better prepared to be an even more valuable asset to the youth and families they serve.

This year’s engaging, completely virtual conference takes place from June 21 – 23 and is sure to educate and inspire attendees to find new ways to provide safe, nurturing and inclusive spaces for young people.
